Hydro-pneumatic accumulator ACSL2.5 is dedicated to hydraulic energy store, pulsation dampening and vehicle suspension for applications with pressure below 210 bar. It is delivered either pre-charged with nitrogen to a storage pressure of around 5 bar, or pre-charged to the desired and ordered pressure (separately priced). Technology:
Full range of ACSL hydro-pneumatic accumulators is made as welded non-dismantling vessels with elastomer bladder. Type of elastomer and inside coating determine allowable working fluids. It is mineral-based hydraulic oil as a standard, but the accumulator can be adopted to work with other fluids. Low temperature versions working at -40^oC are available. Charging and gauging can be made with VGL 4 or CGLU 4F.

completely modular 0,7 l through 2,5 l capacity, what enables fast production of non-standard intermediate models;
exceptionally well bladder durability;
possibility of rapid and total discharge of the accumulator due to anti-extrusion stud actually fitted onto the bladder;

Safety:

Hydro-pneumatic accumulators are gas pressure vessels falling within a directive 97/23/CE. According to applications, additional techical inspection UDT(Urzad Dozoru Technicznego) or TDT (Transportowy Dozor Techniczny) is required in Poland.
Hydraulic accumulators of less than 1 litre capacity are supplied with manufacturer's certificate. They cannot be marked CE but conform to the CE directive. Hydro-accumulators of 1 litre capacity and more are supplied with a CE certificate of conformity. They are CE marked and relevant document refers to the official organisation certifying their conformity.
If it is required, the accumulators can be delivered with additional certificates of independent organisations like: ASAP, APAVE, TUV, VERITAS, ABS, DNV, Lloyd etc.
