Fixed displacement hydraulic pump PB312P (clockwise rotation) is dedicated to industrial purposes mainly. Axial piston design with stationary cylinder block make it simple and durable. Main features: displacement: 1,56 cm³, rotation speed up to 3800 obr/min, pressure up to 300 bar. It can be used in machines with open loop hydraulic circuit.

Technology:

Hydro Leduc industrial hydraulic pumps of axial-piston construction have simple and long-lasting structure. The body of the pump is made of forged steel. The inclined swashplate is turned by a drive shaft thus causing alternate movement of the pistons. The pistons (3 or 6 depending on the pump's version) moves in the stationary cylinder block, and a spring forces their return move. The oil goes from the inlet to a piston via a groove in a swashplate, and is expelled through a check valve with the self-priming function if necessary. Double bearings take up the shaft forces. Precise calculations of the stability of the oil film on moving elements' surfaces** guarantee the the long-term unattended and failure-free work without the risk of wearing out the parts.
The line consists of eight single flow pumps and one twin flow pump with displacement range 1,56 - 16cm³ and maximum continuous pressure 200 - 600 bar.
