Hydraulic accmulator ABVE 20 with charging valve is dedicated most of all to the energy storage in order to release it in the periods of the increased flow demand during a working cycle. It enables to use lower displacement hydraulic pumps - adapted to average flow of the hydraulic circuit rather than to the maximum demanded flow, like usually. It is delivered either pre-charged with nitrogen to a storage pressure of around 5 bar, or pre-charged to the desired and ordered pressure. Technology:
The ABVE bottle type accumulators consist of a forged steel body, a bladder, and a charging valve. An oil side orifice is fitted with a poppet valve which prevents extrusion of the inside bladder. Hydro-pneumatic accumulators starting from ABVE10 type are equipped with an air bleed screw used during system start-up. Type of elastomer and inside coating determine allowable working fluids. It is mineral-based hydraulic oil as a standard, but the accumulator can be adopted to work with other fluids. Charging and gauging can be done with VGL 4 or CGLU 4D.
Accessories:
- clamps;
- safety and shut-off blocks
- adaptors.
Advantages:
- component parts interchangeable with most accumulators available on the market;
- imensions allow easy installation and also use in batteries.
Safety:
Hydro-pneumatic accumulators are gas pressure vessels falling within a directive 97/23/CE. According to applications, additional techical inspection UDT(Urzad Dozoru Technicznego) or TDT (Transportowy Dozor Techniczny) is required in Poland.
Hydraulic accumulators of less than 1 litre capacity are supplied with manufacturer's certificate. They cannot be marked CE but conform to the CE directive. Hydroaccumulators of 1 litre capacity and more are supplied with a CE certificate of conformity. They are CE marked and relevant document refers to the official organisation certifying their conformity.
If it is required, the accumulators can be delivered with additional certificates of independent organisations like: ASAP, APAVE, TUV, VERITAS, ABS, DNV, Lloyd etc. |
