CGLU 4D hydro-pneumatic accumulators charging kit is dedicated to fill hydraulic accumulators with nitrogen. It fits all of the Hydro Leduc models and thanks to the wide set of adapters other different hydraulic accumulators as well. It is adapted to European (German type) of nitrogen bottles, and connector to the French type bottles is possible on request. The standard version can work up to 250 bar, and up to 400 bar with the additional manometer. It enabes the charge of almost all types of hydro-pneumatic accumulators.

CGLU 4D hydro-pneumatic accumulators charging kit contains:
  • VGL 4  universal pressure charging and gauging device (M28 x 1.50 outlet);
  • 2 pressure gauge kits 0-25 bar and 0-250 bar. Additional manometers 0-100 and 0-400 bar available on request;
  • adapters for connecting charging valves (M16x200 -5/8", G3/4", 7/8", 8V1);
  • 2,5m-long hose wire for connecting to the source of nitrogen - standard version for pressures up to 400 bar;
  • 6mm A/F Allen wrench;
  • spare seal kit.
